Antifungal agent 81

This small molecule antifungal agent, designated 81 (G22), demonstrates potent activity against Valsa mali with an in vitro IC50 of 0.48 mg/L and provides effective in vivo protection at 40 mg/L. It is a useful research tool for studying agricultural fungicides and plant-pathogen interactions in both laboratory and controlled environment experiments.
