AZD-4877
AZD-4877 is a highly potent Eg5 kinesin inhibitor (IC50 = 2 nM) that disrupts mitotic spindle formation, leading to a characteristic monopolar spindle phenotype, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. It demonstrates antitumor activity in preclinical models and has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in vitro.
