DOCK2-IN-1 is a cell-permeable inhibitor that targets the DHR-2 domain of DOCK2 (IC50 = 19.1 μM), blocking Rac activation downstream of chemokine and antigen receptors. This action suppresses lymphocyte chemotaxis and T-cell activation, making it a useful tool for studying immune cell migration and signaling in both in vitro and in vivo immunological research models.
