NX-2127
NX-2127 is an orally bioavailable BTK inhibitor that degrades mutant BTKC481S and the transcription factors Ikaros (IKZF1) and Aiolos (IKZF3) . It demonstrates potent antiproliferative effects in B-cell lymphoma models and has immunomodulatory activity, enhancing T-cell activation and IL-2 production in vitro.
