EN3356 is a non-steroidal, orally bioavailable small molecule that selectively inhibits CYP17A1 (17α-hydroxylase/C17,20-lyase) . This inhibition suppresses androgen synthesis, providing a mechanism for research into prostate cancer and other androgen-dependent conditions, as supported by in vitro and preclinical in vivo studies.
