Pirodomast
Pirodomast is a dual thromboxane A2 synthase and leukotriene inhibitor with potential antiallergic properties. It blocks antigen-induced bronchospasm and airway hyperresponsiveness in allergic sheep models in vivo, while also exhibiting trypsin inhibitory activity in vitro.
