YC-137
YC-137 is a selective BCL-2 inhibitor that induces apoptosis in Bcl-2-overexpressing cells by disrupting Bcl-2's interaction with pro-apoptotic Bid. This small molecule is utilized in cancer research to study apoptotic pathways and has demonstrated activity in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo xenograft models.
