Iso-Fludelone
Iso-Fludelone is a third-generation epothilone B analog with potent antineoplastic activity. It stabilizes microtubules, inhibits cell division, and induces apoptosis, while exhibiting improved pharmacokinetics and circumventing P-glycoprotein-mediated drug resistance. It is applied in cancer research for in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo tumor model studies.
