T1001 is a small molecule antagonist targeting HIF-2α. It functions by binding to the PAS-B domain, displacing residue M252 and disrupting the HIF-2α/ARNT heterodimerization. This inhibitor is a valuable tool for studying hypoxia signaling pathways in cancer and renal physiology through in vitro and in vivo models.
