NMO-IgG blocker A-01
A-01 is an idiotype-specific blocker designed to inhibit the binding of neuromyelitis optica immunoglobulin G (NMO-IgG) to aquaporin-4 (AQP4) . This small molecule is a research tool for investigating NMO pathology and has utility in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo models of autoimmune astrocytopathy.
