Berubicin HCl
Berubicin hydrochloride is a brain-penetrant anthracycline that inhibits topoisomerase II via DNA intercalation, blocking replication and synthesis. It is utilized in oncology research, particularly for studying glioblastoma and other CNS malignancies in both in vitro and in vivo models.
