BDB-108
BDB-108 is a small molecule reactivator of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibited by the organophosphorus compound isopropyl methylphosphonate. It is a research tool for studying reactivation mechanisms and has demonstrated efficacy in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo models of organophosphate exposure.
