SRX3212 is a potent dual BRD4/PI3Kα inhibitor, exhibiting IC50 values of 3.7 nM (BRD4 BD1) and 22 nM (PI3Kα) . This novel small molecule is a significantly more potent BRD4 inhibitor than SF2523 and is a useful chemical probe for oncology research, particularly in studies of transcriptional regulation and PI3K signaling pathways in cancer models.
