ER-67880 is a novel small molecule microtubule inhibitor with demonstrated anticancer activity. It disrupts microtubule dynamics, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, and has shown efficacy in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo tumor xenograft models for oncology research.
