Tridemorph

Tridemorph is a sterol biosynthesis-inhibiting fungicide developed by BASF (trade name Calixin) in the 1960s, primarily used against Erysiphe graminis. It is classified by the WHO as moderately hazardous due to oral toxicity and irritant properties. In research, it is applied in studies of fungal sterol metabolism and fungicide resistance mechanisms in both laboratory and agricultural settings.
