M‐89 MLL inhibitor
M-89 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the menin-MLL interaction, with a Kd of 1.4 nM. It demonstrates low nanomolar anti-proliferative activity in MLL-rearranged leukemia cell lines like MV4;11 (IC50=25 nM) and is used to investigate menin-dependent oncogenesis in vitro and in preclinical models.
