ADA-07
ADA-07 is a small molecule inhibitor that targets the ATP-binding site of TOPK, blocking its kinase function. This inhibition suppresses the SUV-induced phosphorylation of MAPK pathways (ERK1/2, p38, JNK) and downstream AP-1 activity. It is a valuable research tool for studying TOPK signaling in cancer and inflammation models, both in vitro and in vivo.
