LLS30 is a small molecule allosteric inhibitor of Galectin-1 (Gal-1) that disrupts its protein-protein interactions. It has shown potential in research models of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), with studies demonstrating efficacy in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo tumor growth inhibition.
