TP-1287 is an orally bioavailable phosphate prodrug of the cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (CDK9) inhibitor alvocidib. It is designed to improve pharmacokinetics and is used in preclinical research to investigate CDK9 inhibition in oncology, particularly for hematological malignancies, in both in vitro and in vivo models.
