Pyrazinib
Pyrazinib is a novel small molecule inhibitor that targets angiogenesis and metabolic pathways in oesophageal adenocarcinoma (OAC), particularly in radioresistant cells. It potently suppresses the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-4, IL-8, and IL-13. This compound is a valuable research tool for studying tumor metabolism, radiation resistance, and the tumor microenvironment in both in vitro and in vivo models of OAC.
