Bomedemstat ditosylate (IMG-7289 ditosylate) is an oral LSD1 inhibitor with antitumor activity. It is used in research on myeloproliferative neoplasms and myelofibrosis, where it has been shown to inhibit cancer cell proliferation and enhance PD-1 blockade efficacy in preclinical SCLC models.
