Olmutinib hydrochloride
Olmutinib is a third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor that covalently targets the T790M mutation in non-small cell lung cancer. It is used in research to study EGFR-driven oncogenic signaling in vitro and has demonstrated antitumor efficacy in preclinical in vivo models.
