Berotralstat HCl
Berotralstat HCl is a selective plasma kallikrein inhibitor that prevents bradykinin generation, the key mediator of swelling in hereditary angioedema (HAE) . It is used in biochemical research to study kallikrein-kinin system pharmacology and has been evaluated in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo preclinical models of HAE.
