PAT-347
PAT-347 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of Autotaxin (ATX), the enzyme that produces lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) from lysophosphatidylcholine. By blocking this key enzymatic step, it disrupts the ATX-LPA signaling axis, a validated target for research in fibrosis, cancer biology, and inflammatory diseases, as evidenced in various in vitro and in vivo studies.
