JAS239
JAS239 is a carbocyanine-based small molecule that acts as a competitive inhibitor and fluorescent probe for choline kinase alpha (ChoKα) . It reduces cancer cell viability in vitro and has been used for optical imaging of ChoKα-overexpressing breast tumor xenografts in vivo, aiding in tumor margin delineation.
