PH11
PH11 is a novel small molecule inhibitor of Focal Adhesion Kinase (FAK) . It overcomes TRAIL resistance in cancer cells, such as PANC-1 pancreatic carcinoma, by suppressing FAK and the PI3K/AKT pathways to downregulate c-FLIP and restore apoptosis. This mechanism supports its investigation in both in vitro and in vivo oncology research models.
