ARRY-403 (AMG-151) is an oral allosteric glucokinase activator developed for type 2 diabetes research. It potently activates human GK in vitro, shifting the glucose S0.5 to 0.93 mM, and demonstrates favorable drug-like properties with low DDI potential for experimental studies.
