TTC-352
TTC-352 is an orally active, selective ERα partial agonist (ShERPA) with antineoplastic potential. It binds ERα, inducing its nuclear export to disrupt normal estrogen signaling and inhibit proliferation in ER-positive cancer cells. This mechanism has been investigated in both in vitro assays and in vivo xenograft models of breast cancer research.
