EBI-907 is a potent, orally bioavailable B-RafV600E inhibitor with single-digit nanomolar IC50 (4.9 nM), demonstrating >10-fold greater potency than Vemurafenib in cellular assays. It effectively inhibits proliferation and Erk phosphorylation in BRAF (V600E) -dependent cell lines and shows activity against other kinases like BRK and FGFR1, supporting its use in oncology research for in vitro and in vivo studies.
