PEN-866 is a novel small molecule conjugate designed for NSCLC research, combining an HSP90 inhibitor with the topoisomerase I inhibitor SN-38 via an esterase-cleavable linker. It has demonstrated potential in suppressing early-stage tumor growth in both in vitro and in vivo preclinical models.
