Deltarasin HCl
Deltarasin is a high-affinity inhibitor that disrupts the PDEδ-KRAS interaction by occupying a hydrophobic pocket on PDEδ. This inhibition impairs KRAS signaling and cell growth in pancreatic cancer models, and its anti-cancer activity is enhanced when combined with autophagy blockade. It is used in oncology research to study KRAS-driven cancers in both cellular and animal studies.
