Atevirdine
Atevirdine is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) used in research to study HIV-1 infection and associated neuropathogenesis, such as AIDS dementia complex (ADC) . Its application includes in vitro antiviral assays and in vivo models for investigating viral replication and central nervous system complications.
