Mipitroban
Mipitroban is a selective antagonist of the thromboxane A2/prostaglandin H2 receptor. It is utilized in cardiovascular and thrombosis research to investigate receptor function in platelet aggregation and vasoconstriction in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
