SGK1 inhibitor
This small molecule selectively inhibits serum- and glucocorticoid-regulated kinase 1 (SGK1) and SGK2 over SGK3. It demonstrates functional activity by blocking GSK3β phosphorylation in vitro and, in combination with PI3Kα inhibitor BYL719, reduces viability of resistant cancer cells and suppresses tumor growth in xenograft models.
