KRIBB3
KRIBB3 is a novel, potent microtubule inhibitor with demonstrated anticancer activity. It exhibits anti-migratory and anti-invasive effects in MDA-MB-231 cells by directly binding to Hsp27 and inhibiting its PKC-dependent phosphorylation. This mechanism supports its investigation in metastasis research and in vitro cell migration assays.
