6 (5H) -Phenanthridinone
6 (5H) -Phenanthridinone is a dual PARP1/PARP2 inhibitor that suppresses radiation-induced proliferation in murine lymphoma cells and reduces pro-inflammatory cytokine expression in lymphocytes. In vivo, it ameliorates EAE in rats by decreasing spinal cord iNOS and cytokine levels, while also reducing hepatic oxidative damage and serum LDH.
