PCSK9-IN-10 is a potent, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of PCSK9 (IC50 = 6.4 μM) . It functions by upregulating LDLR protein and downregulating PCSK9 expression, showing promise for in vitro and in vivo research in atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia.
