Quipazine maleate
Quipazine maleate is a selective 5-HT receptor agonist, notably stimulating 5-HT2A receptors to excite raphe neurons. It modulates proliferation and apoptosis in human L-02 hepatocytes in vitro and induces smooth muscle contracture and bronchospasm, making it a tool for neuropharmacology and serotonin receptor research.
