MF-592 is a potent and selective EP4 receptor antagonist with nanomolar in vitro activity, including inhibition of TNFα release in human whole blood. It exhibits excellent oral pharmacokinetics and demonstrated significant in vivo efficacy in a rat model of chronic arthritis, supporting its potential for inflammatory disease research.
