RKS-262
RKS262 is a cyclin/CDK inhibitor derived from Nifurtimox, which is in phase II trials for neuroblastoma. It shows potent in vitro cytotoxicity in NCI (60) assays, with high sensitivity in leukemia cells (GI50 ~10 nM) and resistance in some NSCLC lines (GI50 >1 μM) .
