JCC76 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of heat shock protein 27 (Hsp27) . By targeting Hsp27, it suppresses the proliferation of HER2-positive cancer cells, making it a useful research tool for studying oncogenic pathways in both in vitro and in vivo models.
