Pirarubicin HCl
Pirarubicin HCl is a doxorubicin analog and topoisomerase II inhibitor that intercalates DNA, blocking replication and transcription. It demonstrates reduced cardiotoxicity and activity against some doxorubicin-resistant lines in vitro, supporting research in oncology, chemotherapy resistance, and experimental cancer models.
