CB-1158-analog (INCB01158-analog) is a potent, orally bioavailable arginase inhibitor. It blocks myeloid-derived suppressor cell (MDSC) activity, enhancing anti-tumor immunity by increasing tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T and NK cells in vivo. This mechanism supports its research in cancer immunotherapy, including combinations with checkpoint inhibitors and chemotherapy in various cancer models.
