JNJ-pan-AR
JNJ-pan-AR is a methylated derivative of the potent oral androgen receptor (AR) antagonist JNJ-63576253 (TRC253) . This novel pan-AR antagonist effectively inhibits both wild-type and mutant AR variants, such as F877L, blocking nuclear translocation and activation. It is a valuable research tool for studying prostate cancer resistance mechanisms in both cellular and animal models.
