OSU-53
OSU-53 is a small molecule activator of AMPK, which consequently inhibits mTOR signaling and stimulates autophagy. It has also been shown to activate pathways in cells with mutations in RAS or BRAF. This compound is used in cancer research, particularly for studying metabolic signaling and oncogenic pathways in both cellular and animal models.
