Doramapimod HCl
Doramapimod HCl is the hydrochloride salt of BIRB-796, a potent and slow-binding p38 MAP kinase inhibitor from the N-pyrazole-N'-naphthyl urea class. It has been investigated in clinical trials for autoimmune conditions and is widely used in preclinical in vitro and in vivo research to study inflammatory signaling pathways.
