LLL12
LLL12 is a potent small molecule inhibitor that selectively targets and suppresses STAT3 phosphorylation. In ovarian cancer research, it has been shown in vitro to synergistically enhance the anti-tumor effects of chemotherapeutics like Cisplatin and Paclitaxel, inhibiting cell proliferation, migration, and colony formation.
