Netarsudil free base
Netarsudil (AR-11324) is a potent ROCK inhibitor with Ki values of 1 nM for ROCK1/2. It increases aqueous humor outflow by disrupting actin cytoskeleton and countering TGF-β2 effects in trabecular meshwork cells. In vivo studies in animal models demonstrate its sustained IOP-lowering efficacy with once-daily dosing.
