CBL 0100 free base
CBL 0100 free base is a small molecule FACT complex inhibitor that suppresses HIV-1 replication and reactivation by reducing RNA Polymerase II and FACT occupancy at the viral promoter. It functions as a latency-reversing agent (LRA) in HIV cure research, with demonstrated activity in both in vitro and ex vivo models.
