AKT-IN-3 is a potent, orally bioavailable pan-Akt inhibitor with low hERG liability, demonstrating low nanomolar IC50 values against Akt1/2/3. It also inhibits several other AGC kinases, including PKA and PKC. This profile supports its use in cancer research for investigating PI3K/Akt pathway signaling in both cellular and animal models.
